Customer Service Manager - Warehouse & Logistics We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team and support daily warehouse operations. This role combines team leadership, operational coordination, and handson use of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure smooth order processing, accurate inventory management, and exceptional service for our customers. What You'll Do * Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives, ensuring strong communication, timely support, and high customer satisfaction. * Develop and maintain customer service policies, procedures, and performance standards. * Manage complex customer inquiries and complaints, driving quick and effective resolutions. * Track and report on customer service metrics, identifying opportunities to improve service and efficiency. * Oversee daily warehouse-related customer service operations, partnering closely with warehouse and logistics teams. * Use a WMS to monitor order processing, shipments, and inventory; ensure the team is trained and proficient in the system. * Collaborate with office, operations, and transportation teams to ensure accurate communication and smooth coordination. * Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their expectations and ensuring consistent service delivery. What You Bring * Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred. * 5+ years of customer service management experience, ideally within logistics or supply chain. * Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar tools. * Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. * Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and make informed decisions. * Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
