Our Sales & Management Trainee program in Reading, PA provides a structured pathway into a full sales role-perfect for someone with a bachelor's degree, at least one year of customer service experience, and a strong interest in business development. * About the Role* The Sales & Management Trainee (MT) functions as a Business Development Representative (BDR), playing a key part in customer acquisition and lead qualification. This is an entry-level role designed to prepare you for a full sales position within 6-12 months, accompanied by a significant compensation increase. * What You'll Do* * Conduct outreach to existing CRM contacts, warm leads, and web inquiries * Follow up on email marketing engagement to support Q1 marketing initiatives * Set appointments, conduct factfinding, and qualify prospects for the sales team * Run short-term outbound calling campaigns * Maintain detailed call notes and track engagement activity * Create opportunities-this role focuses on prospecting, not closing * Participate in structured training, including scripting, sidebyside coaching, and daily development * Career Growth & Training* * 3-week structured onboarding program with handson coaching * Daily support from supervisors and team leads * Clear promotion path into a full sales role (typically within 6-12 months) * Full sales positions offer higher earning potential and ownership of the full customer lifecycle * What We're Looking For* * Bachelor's degree required * 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.) * Strong interest in launching a career in sales * Coachable, goaldriven, and comfortable making outbound calls * Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills * Professional, reliable, and eager to grow * Schedule* * Fully onsite * Training: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM * Regular Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reading, PA.
