As an Allied Universal Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will greet employees and visitors, manage entry points, verify credentials, issue badges, and monitor cameras and alarms. You will conduct routine rounds, document activity, and communicate concerns to site leaders while delivering a customer-first experience. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, vendors, and associates by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and/or distribution location.
• Control access to the facility by verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor badges, maintaining entry and exit logs, and directing authorized traffic to designated areas.
• Monitor access control points, CCTV, and alarm panels as assigned, reporting irregular activity and/or maintenance concerns through required communication channels.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken per post orders and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
