This is an exempt, full-time position with full University benefits. Responsibilities Working with the Assistant Athletic Director of Video Operations the Assistant Director of Video Operations will manage video operations through coordinating, capturing, and production of a wide variety of projects involving video. This will include, but is not limited to, video used for self and opponent scouting analysis and internal projects. Supervise game entry and statistical reports used by coaching staff. Other duties will include IGV for football, filming various sports for coaches' film, post-production editing, software and hardware research and installation, equipment inventory, maintenance of internal network system, and general office duties as instructed. This position will recruit, hire, and supervise a group of student staff. Manage and organize the in-house and cloud-based statistical analysis tools and databases. Organize game plans within Catapult and supervise the filming of all football practices and games, for coaching evaluation purposes. Attend home and away football games in order to record events for coaching evaluation and historical archiving. Coordinate the set-up and viewing of on-location presentations for away games, coaching clinics, and other team functions. Assist in maintaining equipment including troubleshooting, repairs, and provide technical assistance to coaches and athletic department staff. Coordinate all open exchange games for NCAA and NFL teams while working closely with coaching staff on film management within Catapult. Duties include collaborating with staff to perform administrative tasks in line with program and department goals. Assist, when needed, the live streaming of various athletic events and attend developmental conferences. The position will require a flexible work schedule based on practices and games including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Travel will be required during regular season games, bowl games, and development opportunities. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
