Salary Range:

This position offers a competitive hourly rate plus a commission plan. The anticipated base hourly range for this role is $26 - $28/hour, with total compensation aligned to market data, candidate experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications and alignment with FUCHS compensation guidelines.

What you can expect:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing an assigned Industrial/OEM sales territory generating approximately $3 million in annual revenue. This role functions as a business development-focused inside sales position, supporting both existing accounts and new customer growth.

The role is primarily remote and currently requires no regular travel or overtime.

Your Responsibilities:

A successful candidate will:



  • Manage 80-90% existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities to expand revenue and share of wallet
  • Prospect new customers within the assigned territory to build pipeline and future growth
  • Handle customer quoting, order support, and pricing coordination
  • Support Regional Engineering Managers by helping move projects and opportunities forward
  • Identify and support product crossover and cross-sell opportunities
  • Maintain accurate account, opportunity, and activity data in Salesforce
  • Utilize SAP for order processing, customer data, and internal coordination
  • Manage daily workflow independently and prioritize accounts effectively
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Product Management, Marketing, and Technical Support
  • Attend required company training sessions as outlined by SOPs



Qualifications we are looking for:



  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 1-3 years of Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management experience
  • Experience in industrial, technical, or OEM sales environments preferred
  • Demonstrated prospecting and account management capability
  • Required experience with Salesforce and SAP
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
