The Opportunity

The Executive Assistant DAT provides comprehensive support to the company's executive team, including the CEOand other key leaders. The Executive Assistant is an essential bridge between the executives and various departments, facilitating seamless communication and ensuring efficient operations. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Calendar and Schedule Management: Manage the executives' calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, conference calls, and appointments. Prioritize conflicting requests and ensure the executives' time is optimized.
  • Travel and Logistics: Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, for the executives when required. Prepare detailed itineraries and handle travel-related expenses.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Design and execute leadership offsites and meetings for groups ranging from 10-100 attendees, managing end-to-end event logistics including venue selection, catering, AV setup, transportation, and accommodations
  • Communication and Correspondence: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the executives. Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries promptly, representing the executives in a professional manner.
  • Confidentiality and Data Security: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain data security protocols at all times.
  • Project Support: Assist the executive team in various projects and initiatives, coordinating with different departments and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, documents, and records related to executive activities.
  • Office Management: Oversee office operations and ensure that the executives have all the necessary resources and support to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Relationship Building: Establish positive and professional relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners on behalf of the executives.


The Skills and Experience You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant supporting C-suite or senior-level executives.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to dynamic situations.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem solver, anticipating needs and finding solutions.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

For Washington-based candidates, in compliance with the Washington State Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this role is $90,000 - $126,000. DAT considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education and training, core skills, internal equity, and market and business elements when extending an offer.

For Colorado-based candidates, in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $83,000 - $110,000 target bonus. DAT considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education and training, core skills, internal equity, and market and business elements when extending an offer.
