Job Description What is the opportunity? As a Product Specialist within RBC's US Clearing & Custody Institutional Services, you will help advance the current product offering and drive the next generation of capabilities to support our Institutional offering. You will be part of a broader product organization that focuses on advancing all the tools and products our Institutional broker-dealers leverage to serve clients. Interacting extensively with prospective clients, existing clients, various business lines of RBC, operational partners and external vendors you will support the strategic vision of Institutional Services. Your ability to understand client needs by identifying where our strengths and weaknesses are in terms of our offering will be critical in creating a path that leads the business in the direction of success. You will also be heavily involved with supporting various functions aligned with Institutional Services that include product expertise for various financial instruments (equities, fixed income, options, underwritings), clearance & settlement, data analytics, and sales. The expected salary range for this particular position is $90,000-$160,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
