Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Talent Development Design Specialist! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays and Fridays remote.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design and quality of learning experiences, curriculum, and content that supports talent programs, team capability, and team member growth across the organization. This role partners closely with colleagues within the Human Resources & Communication team, as well as subject matter experts and program owners, to translate business and development needs into learner centered, practical, and scalable solutions.

A Day in the Life...

  • Design and develop learning experiences and content aligned to business, leadership, and talent development priorities
  • Own curriculum design across manager training, leadership development, and career growth experiences.
  • Create highquality learning assets, including facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, microlearning, and digital resources
  • Apply adult learning principles, storytelling, and experiential learning techniques to build engaging and effective learning experiences
  • Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into clear, practical, learnercentered content
  • Conduct learning and development needs assessments in partnership with Workforce Analytics to address team effectiveness and capability gaps
  • Curate, organize, and maintain internal and external learning content (e.g., LinkedIn Learning) to support blended learning approaches
  • Support content translation and adaptation to ensure learning experiences are accessible, relevant, and usable across global audiences
  • Continuously review, refresh, and improve learning content based on feedback, business changes, and learner insights
  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of career development tools and learning resources
  • Explore and apply learning innovation practices to enhance learner engagement and overall experience quality

What We Are Looking For:

Required

  • 3 years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, talent development, or a related field
  • Experience designing and developing instructorled, blended, and digital learning experiences
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experiential learning methods
  • Experience curating learning content and supporting content lifecycle management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred

  • Experience with Articulate 360 eLearning authoring tools preferred

Annual Salary:

$65,700 - $90,310

The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position's typical hiring range.
