As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a food and beverage location, you will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and document and report security-related activity. You will greet employees and visitors, communicate clearly with site contacts, and respond to concerns with a calm, service-minded approach. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to client representatives and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and/or beverage location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter to help to identify unusual activity, open doors, hazards, and/or policy violations.
• Control access by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials when required, directing authorized visitors and/or contractors, and assisting with delivery and loading dock activity as assigned.
• Complete security-related reports such as shift activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate relevant information to client contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
