Guide guests to outstanding experience through superior guest service. Requirements: Must have completed an SPI training course and assessment from AMGA Previous experience as a mountaineering guide or as an adventure sports coach Expert rope handling skills are required and a minimum of 5 years mountaineering experience Must be able to identify object dangers associated in mountaineering Must have self-rescue knowledge Must have experience in rope anchoring and haul systems Accomplished and experienced in Trad, Ice, Alpine climbing Must have the ability to work with diverse groups of people and confidence in ability to instruct groups and enforce procedures Experience leading children/adults and a passion for working with kids Good communication and customer service skills CPR and/or First Aid Training a plus Able to lift 50+ lbs. Hourly pay rate: $20.00 to $35.21 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
