JOB TITLE: Assistant Vice President - SR9485152

DB USA Core Corporation seeks an Assistant Vice President in Jacksonville, FL to support the Continuous Service Improvement Program. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience maintaining data processing operations between external and internal upstream systems to ensure accurate data delivery to downstream systems; performing technical incident management, problem resolution, and escalation procedures; developing and implementing comprehensive incident management procedures, including emergency operating procedures and communication strategies; developing and customizing Grafana dashboards to visualize metrics and logs from various sources including Prometheus, node-exporter, and custom exporters; configuring and maintaining Grafana security, including user access control and data source security; deploying and configuring cloud resources including virtual machines, databases, and networking components; creating and configuring SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts to meet specific business requirements; administering job scheduling environments utilizing AutoSys and Control-M, including job creation, monitoring, and optimization tasks; operating within UNIX/Linux systems and Sybase databases, including performing shell script development and production support; supporting diverse IT environments across UNIX/Linux and Windows platforms; and in executing duties, utilizing Windows, Oracle, Java, ServiceNow, Grafana, GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and SharePoint. Salary range: $111,100.00 - $130,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
