Job Overview
The purpose of the Product Supply Fulfillment Planner IIrole is to support planning and workflow forecasting, production, purchased products, and distribution of CCCI's full goods for our internal sales system. Priorities are placed on making sure we have the products available to sell and in the right locations while maintaining a low level of inventory across the system. This position is customer-focused and communicates and acts upon internal and external customers in mind, establishes and maintains effective relationships by gaining customer collaboration, trust, and respect. The individual must be able to effectively interface across multiple levels of the organization to be successful. Supports innovation execution processes (new SKU launches, product conversions, in and outs, and exit) strategies, for their perspective functional area and works cross-functionally with Product Supply Planning on project initiatives to support best business decisions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manages assigned CCCI territory distribution centers (DC)s and, or HUBs to oversee produced, purchased finished goods loads to supply our network warehouses, branches with products for our customers and support warehouse inventory capacities
- Manages the critical exceptions analysis for the team and works directly with (FF) planners to resolve and provide insight on best practices
- A seasoned planner and resource to direct teammates, provides cross-functional training support, and onboard job shadowing for new hires in a perspective functional area
- Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in 4 or more direct functional team processes
- Conducts process needs to support assigned CCCI territory distribution centers (DC)s and, or HUBs in allocations, critical exceptions, manage constrained items, load optimization, close dated report (CDR) analysis, sourcing assumptions system SKU settings and, or collaborate on the Authorized Material List (AML) process needs
- Internal: Supports holiday calendar planning for forward deployment executions
- Co-manages new item launch assignments between Demand, Production, and FF teams
- Leads to resolve any hurdles and communicates key milestones to management and support the in-market date
- Contributes to the overall innovation development strategy and supports the execution for fulfillment product conversions
- Collaborates on product summer builds, contributes to fulfillment system setting directives to support inventory and balancing level initiatives
- System and Process Management - A Planner Level III (Demand, Fulfillment and Production Scheduling)
- Serves as an expert in maintaining system settings for assigned customers and, or locations
- Supports direct teams in resolving complex analysis for root cause and resolutions affecting visibility and processing in multiple systems
- Supports the development, publishing, and maintenance of user system and specific functional area process training documentation
- Supports onboarding larger segments of business and, or new emerging markets and documenting best practices for team utilization
- Supports new hire onboarding process for system training initiatives
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Sales and Operations Planning, Inventory Management, or other Bottler or Transportation Industry
- Experience with ERP, Planning Systems, Supply Chain, and Procurement
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Performs robust evaluation of sales forecasting, production scheduling, and inventory management
- This role coordinates multi-facets of supply planning to support new item SKU launches, strategic collaboration to support sales initiatives, and drives optimal forward deployment planning to support our internal and external partners' execution strategies
- An active member with Product Supply Planning cross-functional projects and task force initiatives
- Ability to identify and adapt to company SKU strategy changes, coordinate, and drive efforts within a direct team to support these objectives
- Required to have a broad understanding of all CCCI Supply chains with the ability to represent the key disciplines to internal and external customers and key CCCI partners
- Lead resource for their functional area for complex research, support, and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and fact-based problem solver
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge acquired through 2 or more years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Marketing, or other areas of the value chain
- Experience with Transportation Management System, Enterprise Resource Planning, Supply Chain Planning Software Systems, Reporting and Business Intelligence
