In the role of Spring/ Landscape Design Architectural Intern, we'll count on you to:
- Participate in design charrettes and concept development - Development of site design projects from concept development through construction documentation - Creating diagrams and illustrative analysis and concept drawings using 3D and 2D digital illustration tools, free-hand drawing and color rendering - Collaborating with landscape architects and designers in developing design solutions and implementation on project documentation - Collaborating with architects, planners, engineers and other site-based disciplines within project-based teams Preferred Qualifications - Preference given to local candidates - A minimum of 4 semesters completed in the major - A minimum of 2.9 GPA - Interested candidates should respond with a resume and portfolio of recent studio work (via web-based link) - Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate degree in landscape architecture major in an accredited university program - Technical skills should include proficiency with AutoCAD and 3D modeling / rendering programs (such as Rhino, VRay, Sketchup, Enscape, and/or Lumion) and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and Illustrator) - Understanding of the fundamentals of the full range of design phases including site analysis, site planning, grading and drainage, conceptual development, construction documentation - ArcGIS, Grasshopper and/or Revit knowledge are desirable but not essential - Desire to work in landscape architecture/urban design environment upon graduation

- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
- Attention to detail
- Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
