Position Title: Assembler
Wage: $18.00 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 4:30am-3:00pm QPS Employment Group has a great Assembler position available at a company in Monroe, WI. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire. Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assemble metal products, partially or completely, working at a bench or on shop floor by performing duties as assigned. - Read and interpret assembly prints and bills of material. - Gather and position materials and parts according to Assembly documentation or verbal instruction. - Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners. - Use and operate various pneumatic, electrical, and manual hand tools. - Report any issues with products or equipment to the department lead. Assembler Requirements: - Read and execute instructions as found on blueprints. - Ability to read and understand a tape measure. - Perform basic math. - Regularly lift and/or move up to 45 lbs. without assistance. - Safely use hand, air, pneumatic, and power tools, and machinery. - Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. monroe@qpsemployment.com IND038 About us: QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
