Join Allied Universal as an unarmed, driving patrol officer at a residential location, where you will help support a welcoming environment through routine mobile patrols, visible presence, and timely reporting of security-related concerns. You will respond to resident and visitor needs with clear communication and strong customer service while working as part of an agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first, delivers through teamwork, and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors and/or visitors while following site-specific policies, access procedures and security-related protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, amenities, parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards, maintenance issues and/or policy violations.
  • Monitor and control access points as assigned, verifying authorization, documenting entries and/or issuing visitor credentials per site requirements.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms and/or resident concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, and initiate emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Prepare complete and accurate reports of patrols, incidents and/or unusual observations, and communicate key information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
