Description Acara Solutions has been providing aerospace firms throughout the U.S. with our staffing services for over 65 years. Our Sacramento region international aerospace client has a
2nd shift
onsite opening for a Production Supervisor. The shift hours are 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The salary range is from $105K - $131K + 10% shift differential (as high as $144K).
The Production Supervisor leads and directs a team of employees in an assigned area of operations such as Metal Fabrication, Assembly, and/or Test. The Production Supervisor is accountable for maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to quality standards and is responsible for meeting customer demand schedules within established cost goals. Supervision may include the management of employees on more than one shift.
Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School education required, prefer Bachelor's or Associate's
Min 3 years of supervisory experience in a machine shop environment
Min 5 years with lathes, grinding, or similar machine shop experience that includes:
