Description Acara Solutions is looking for a Service Coordinator for one of our clients in Phoenix, AZ. Pay Rate: $28-$33/hour Role will be fully onsite Hours will be M-F, 6am-2:30pm Will require driving an APS vehicle to job sites and for customer meetings out in the field 12 month contract with possibility of extension Day to Day of Position: Interfacing with service area customers for all things service related For example, if a customer wants to upgrade meter panel or get a meter installed, it will go through the service coordinator Functions as an APS liaison to APS customers to satisfy requirements to run service Primarily focused around residential, can spill over to commercial Helps coordinate setting a customer up with power and getting it turned on Vetting through customer intake calls to assist the Customer Project Representatives Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Someone who has gone on job sites to meet with customers For example, someone who has worked for a plumbing, roofing, or utilities related company and had to talk to customers about their service and/or installations. Customer service piece is huge Strong soft skills, detail oriented, and organized Entry level project management skills are helpful: time management, scheduling, when and how to prioritize workload.
