Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care using evidencebased practices. Perform accurate handoffs and bedside shift reporting to maintain patient safety. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practitioners, and multidisciplinary partners to optimize patient outcomes. Administer medications, monitor complex conditions (cardiac, respiratory, postICU), and support recovery. Participate in huddles, shared governance activities, and unitbased quality improvement initiatives. Position Details: Qualifications Education Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN). BSN preferred. Licensure Current Missouri RN license or compact license. Certifications Required: BLS (American Heart Association). Preferred: ACLS, NIHSS, PCCN, or other Stepdownrelated certifications. Your Growth Matters at Mercy!
