Onboarding and Orientation

• Newly graduated RNs selected for this position will participate in a cohort-based onboarding program alongside other New Graduate RNs, fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment

• RNs in this role will have access to ongoing education and professional development opportunities led by Tripoint's Clinical Coordinator team, including focused learning in sepsis, congestive heart failure (CHF), orthopedics, diabetes, and wound care

• Candidates selected for this program are expected to begin employment on one of the following start dates, contingent upon successful completion of NCLEX licensure:

  • June 1, 2026; June 29, 2026; July 27, 2026; or August 24, 2026
