Primary Location:

Worland, Wyoming

Draft Technician: Is responsible for the installation, service, and repair of beverage coolers, taps, and other beverage distribution equipment. Will also be assisting with draft beer installations and coordination of outside events. This position will require a high level of accuracy and ability to troubleshoot problems with equipment. This position requires a valid driver's license and Class A CDL preferred. The noise level is usually loud, and the employee may be exposed to outside weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and exert force of up to 100 pounds to move objects. Must be at least 21 years of age due to the products they will be handling.

  • Maintain & clean draft lines and equipment in assigned retail accounts within designated territory.
  • Responsible for understanding and complying with all Quality Assurance guidelines and policies of the company.
  • Soliciting of additional draft lines or product placements.
  • Responsible for routine maintenance and repairs of POS materials.
  • Maintenance of company assigned vehicle.
  • Communicate with Draft Supervisor on key issues.
  • Execute all responsibilities of position in accordance with adopted ground rules.
  • Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

On days not doing Draft cleaning employee will be helping deliver beer to accounts, rotating product, building displays and exceptional customer service.
