For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign on bonus for
Patient Service Specialists (PSSs):

• Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time PSS position.
  Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
• Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

The Patient Service Specialist (PSS) provides exceptional customer service and administrative support within our Primary Care/Family Medicine practice in Rockport, Maine. Serving as the first point of contact for patients, the PSS plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and patient-centered experience. Responsibilities include greeting and registering patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, collecting co-pays, and maintaining accurate patient records.

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Six months of medical office experience required.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
