RingCentral is looking for an early-career Project Manager to support cross-functional programs that enable successful product launches, go-to-market readiness, and platform initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of strong project or program / project management experience, excellent communication skills, and an interest in working at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Support, and Go-To-Market teams. You'll help keep teams aligned, track execution, and ensure downstream readiness for new features and platform changes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of programs across cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Support, Training, Operations, Billing, and Business Services.

  • Track launch and readiness activities to help ensure teams are aligned on scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.

  • Maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and documentation to support on-time execution.

  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate and track mitigation actions with guidance from senior program managers.

  • Organize and facilitate project status meetings and working sessions; capture notes, decisions, and action items.

  • Communicate program updates clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to understand release timelines and support launch coordination.

  • Assist with cross-functional coordination for platform initiatives or migration programs, including tracking milestones and dependencies.

Ideal Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 1-2 years of experience in project management, program coordination, operations, or go-to-market support roles.

  • Experience supporting product launches, feature rollouts, migrations, or go-to-market initiatives.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Support, Enablement, Product Marketing, Operations, or Engineering.

  • Some exposure to software releases or platform changes and how they impact downstream teams (e.g., support, training, billing), with the ability and willingness to learn these processes in depth.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, Cloud, software, or telecommunications environments.

  • Familiarity with Agile development processes.

  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.

  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking systems.

If you are hired in Belmont, the compensation range for this position is between $86,100 and $123,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
