Job Description:

The Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Process Manager is responsible for facilitating the S&OP process. This role ensures execution of a process, on a monthly basis, to achievable operating plan. The S&OP Process Manager manages the S&OP cadence, leading discrepancy resolution and ensuring execution integrity across functions.

  • Coordinates the monthly S&OP process.
  • Facilitates cross-functional decision-making and ensure alignment on one consensus plan.
  • In collaboration with the Planning Group, monitors forecast accuracy and lead corrective actions to reduce bias and errors.
  • Facilitates the collaboration with Supply Planning, Operations, and Procurement to ensure capacity, material availability, and production plans align with demand.
  • Analyses the Inventory, Safety Stock, helps mitigate supply risks, and proposes the Inventory optimization
  • Develops and tracks S&OP-related KPIs (forecast accuracy, bias, adherence, inventory health etc).
  • Leads pre-S&OP meetings ensuring collaboration among Sales, Finance, Planning, Procurement and Operations.
  • Prepares the pre-S&OP and Executive S&OP meetings, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and issue resolution.
  • Proposes and drives improvements and S&OP maturity
  • Identifies gaps, risks and opportunities
  • Consolidates, ensures the review and alignment of the Long-Range Plan (LRP)
  • Enhance tools, templates, and analytical models used across the planning cycle
  • Leads and facilitates Supply Chain Projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering, 7+ years of direct experience may be considered in lieu of degree required
  • APICS or CSCP are highly preferred
  • 5-10+ years in demand planning required
  • 5-10+ years S&OP required
  • SAP knowledge required
  • Strong Analytical abilities required
  • Exceptional knowledge of Excel and Power BI required
  • Working Knowledge in Problem-solving and reporting required
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain principle required

Shift: Weekday Days, Monday-Friday

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Spokane, WA.

  • Hiring Wage: $90,000.00 - $144,000 annually depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises. Midpoint and above is reserved for employees who have longevity with Jubilant HollisterStier and consistently exhibit outstanding performance over a period of time in the role
