We're looking for an Administrative Coordinator II to join Procore's Product & Technology organization. In this role, you'll interact with VP's and Senior Directors in our organization as well as associates, and service providers. As an Administrative Coordinator II, you'll partner with our Executive Assistant Team to provide project support and event coordination for senior management and their growing organizations. This role will be a mix of event planning, project coordination, and business initiative support. The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual who likes being in the mix with stakeholders, coordinating multiple meetings and events simultaneously and enjoys seeing the results of their efforts. This position reports to the Manager, Administrative Assistant Enablement & Operations, will be based in our Austin office and expected to be able to commute into the Austin office at a minimum of 3 days a week.
