This position is responsible and accountable to assist various areas of the Corporate Billing Office (CBO) regarding healthcare accounts receivables across a multi-facility integrated healthcare delivery system; which includes all billing associated with Henry Ford Health System hospitals, outpatient clinics and employed physicians. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior clerical experience. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an office setting preferred. Prior healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisor, and manager. Ability to work independently.
