What You'll Do as a Rental Equipment Technician:

As a Rental Equipment Mechanic, you will perform maintenance and repairs on Mustang's expanding fleet of rental construction equipment, including diesel-powered machines, aerial lifts, and man lifts. You'll inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to ensure safe, reliable performance for our customers.

Position Requirements:

* Must own proper tools to perform necessary repairs
* High school diploma or GED required
* Previous mechanic experience or military service highly valued
* Strong understanding of diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems
* Ability to demonstrate technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills

Strongly Preferred Experience:

* Technical certificate or associate degree from an accredited program
* Mechanic experience on heavy and light construction equipment
* Experience servicing aerial and man lift equipment
* Technical knowledge of hydraulic pumps, valves, and motors
* Welding experience is a plus
