Role Overview Position: Senior Analyst, Compensation and Benefits Department: People Team Reporting to: Director, Total Rewards FLSA Status: Exempt Location: Bentonville, AR Walton Enterprises is seeking a skilled, highly motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join the People Team as a Senior Analyst, Compensation and Benefits. The ideal teammate is analytically strong, highly accurate, and eager to build breadth across compensation and benefits, supporting program operations and delivering decision-ready insights. About the Position The Senior Analyst, Compensation and Benefits supports the Total Rewards function by providing analytical and program support across compensation and benefits. This role helps maintain competitive and equitable pay practices, supports benefits analysis and communications, and contributes to market benchmarking and job evaluation activities. The Senior Analyst also provides significant day-to-day operational support for the 401(k) plan, partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure accurate administration and strong employee experience. What you will do You will support compensation and benefits work by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data; preparing market and internal equity analyses; supporting survey participation and job matching; and developing materials that inform decisions and communicate program information. You will also help ensure accurate and timely execution of ongoing Total Rewards processes, with a strong focus on 401(k) plan operations. Responsibilities 401(k) Plan Operations (Day-to-Day Administration)
Provide day-to-day operational support for the 401(k) plan, including monitoring workflows and ensuring timely, accurate processing of contributions, changes, and related transactions.

Benefits Information Compensation Range: $106,000 - $133,000 Benefits Information: We offer a comprehensive and generous benefits package which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off.
