What you'll do

Our Product Management organization builds the systems and experiences that power our gotomarket (GTM) strategy and sales motion. We are looking for an Intern Product Manager to help define features, streamline workflows, and explore AI-powered capabilities that make our GTM and sales systems more scalable and intelligent. As an intern on the Product Management team, you will work closely with senior product managers, GTM Operations, engineers, designers, and data/AI specialists to gather requirements, shape the roadmap, support launches, and measure impact on key business outcomes.

This role is not eligible for CPT, OPT or sponsorship now or in the future.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Principal Solution Architect.

Responsibility

  • Conduct user research to understand pain points and opportunities in GTM and sales workflows

  • Assist in documenting product requirements and translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Support product roadmap planning and prioritization in partnership the applications team

  • Identify areas of improvements and AI-driven automations

  • Collaborate with application and engineering teams to build AI prototypes

  • Contribute to requirements workshops and feedback sessions, capturing inputs and aligning on expected outcomes

  • Help collect, organize, and analyze product usage and business metrics (e.g., adoption, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction)

  • Partner with design and engineering teams to clarify requirements and keep stakeholders aligned on status and timelines


Job Designation

In Office: Employee works from the physical workspace 100% of the time.

What you bring

Basic

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Business, or a related field

  • Experience with SDLC and Product Management Lifecycle

  • Experience with tools like Lucid, JIRA, Reports and Dashboards and Confluence

  • Experience with Google Suite

  • Graduating December 2026, May/June 2027

Preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to break down complex processes

  • Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication-comfortable conducting interviews and presenting to stakeholders


Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $38/hour - $43/hour
