Sage ERP Business Analyst Summary: Join our dynamic and expanding team as a Sage ERP Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our business processes. In this position, you'll collaborate with leaders in Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT in a multi-site global environment, to identify and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and automate workflows. You'll address user system issues, drive ongoing improvements to our Sage platform, and actively participate in our ERP executive steering committee. Sage ERP Business Analyst Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, evaluate technical solutions, and set priorities for initiatives.
- Lead systems enhancements, upgrades, integration with other systems (CRM, WMS, B2B, EDI, TMS, peripheral equipment, i.e. labeling, scanning, etc.)
- Lead projects by defining timelines, gathering business requirements, documenting change request, performing software validations, overseeing testing and implementing solutions.
- Apply strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Sage platform, including infrastructure, interfaces, and third-party applications.
- Utilize expertise in Materials Requirements Planning (MRP), Inventory Requirements Planning (IRP), Inventory Management, Purchase Orders, Bill of Materials, and Production Management.
- Quickly learn new Sage features and advise stakeholders on their value and implementation requirements.
- Coordinate with third-party stake holders (Corporate IT Teams, Consultants, Vendors, etc.) to support successful implementations.
- Champion quality initiatives to enhance data accuracy, productivity, and informed decision-making.
- Train end users on new system features and protocols.
- Stay up to date with the latest Sage features and industry trends.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
- This role is based on-site in St. Charles, IL, five days a week.
- Periodical travel to our Dominican Republic facility is required.
Sage ERP Business Analyst Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Manufacturing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Sage 100 modules: accounting, manufacturing, BOM, Inventory, Work Tickets, User-Defined Fields and financial modules.
- Familiarity with common Sage third-party applications such as Doculink and AlphaDoc.
- Foundational understanding of database structures, SQL, and report development.
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools, MS Power BI, MS Power Query and / or Crystal Reports is a plus.

- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for complex issue resolution.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
