About the Role In this role, you'll assist members with scheduling telehealth visits with Nurses and Physicians while providing excellent patient service through phone and email communication. What You'll Be Doing * Assist members with scheduling telehealth appointments with Nurses and Physicians * Conduct highvolume outreach to patients (approximately 70-80 calls per day) * Work from a spreadsheetdriven outreach list to track progress and outcomes * Provide professional communication with members and internal employees via phone and email * Support care coordination and wellness initiatives within the team * Perform Excel data entry and maintain accurate patient and outreach records * Utilize EMR systems, Windows, and Outlook as part of daily operations What We're Looking For * 1-2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting * Bilingual (required) * Strong patient service and customer support skills * Comfortable with highvolume calling and outreachbased work * Proficient in Excel, including working from spreadsheets * Experience using EMR systems, Windows, and Outlook * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to stay organized and focused in a fastpaced environment Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Northridge, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
