Manager, Procure to Pay Products

The Procure to Pay team conceives, configures, monitors, defines, tests, delivers, monitors, optimizes, and refines Procure to Pay products and application technologies, including but not limited to mobile and web applications, collaboration tools, CRM products, budget/financial management products, HR applications, and other services. This department also works to optimize user experience, address digital accessibility needs, and establish the highest standards of quality assurance and release management for UCLA's administrative applications and technologies. The Manager, Procure to Pay Products will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Procure to Pay products and services that support the university's strategic objectives and meet the evolving needs of UCLA's students, faculty, and staff. The Manager will partner on strategizing the sunsetting and archiving the Legacy Procure to Pay system. This leader will lead the prioritization of delivery plans, overseeing the development of acceptance criteria as it relates to organizational goals, and facilitating continuous improvement to support growth and operational effectiveness. The Manager, Procure to Pay will partner with the cross-functional delivery teams to ensure products meet business and user requirements, and with business stakeholders to iterate on and improve the products over time. The Manager, Procure to Pay Products will positively impact UCLA's operations and culture by enabling University stakeholders to effectively leverage Procure to Pay products and applications. This team member will advance the University's mission by delivering exceptional information technology services comprehensively and consistently across faculty, staff, and students. This role will execute UCLA's vision while modeling UCLA's culture and values.

• The anticipated pay range for this position is $95,400.00 - $165,000, annually; salary is dependent upon the skills and experience of the selected finalist.
