Student Success and Well-Being (SSWB) The Division of Student Success and Well-Being (SSWB) creates opportunities for undergraduate students to thrive by providing a system of support to foster academic success, retention, and timely degree attainment. Driven by equitable outcomes for all students, innovation, and excellence, we assist students in achieving their academic and personal goals. Working collaboratively with the colleges and campus partners, a holistic student-centered approach is utilized to empower students to strive for academic achievement and individual growth. The Opportunity: The University of Central Florida is currently accepting applications for the role of Senior Academic Success Coach, combining both academic advising and academic coaching. This role is responsible for maintaining a case load of students and applying coaching methodologies and case management approaches to support students throughout their academic journey at UCF. The ASC will also work collaboratively with other ASCs, along with other student support and well-being offices across campus, to provide the best, comprehensive care to UCF students. UCF's Coaching Model: The Academic Success Coach (ASC) role combines academic advising and academic coaching. The ASC will report centrally in the Division of Student Success and Well-Being and be assigned to an academic unit as positions become available: Professional Colleges: Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Engineering & Computer Science, Community Innovation & Education. Health & Sciences: Medicine, Nursing, Health Professions & Sciences, STEM, and General Sciences. Arts & General Studies: Arts & Humanities, Undergraduate Studies. Specialized Student Populations: Undeclared or Exploring Students, Student-Athletes. Responsibilities: Provide Coaching Services to UCF Students:

Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6). Preferred Qualifications:
