CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to join our Highway & Rail Team in Columbia, SC, where you will provide strategic leadership, technical expertise, and project oversight across a wide range of transportation initiatives. This is your opportunity to champion major programs, influence design and delivery standards, and create meaningful improvements across safer, more efficient, and forward thinking transportation networks. What You'll Do:
Manage all aspects of highway and rail project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships, while thoroughly understanding project risks and financial measures

Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
