Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, Monday-Friday (OT as required)
• 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM-4:30 AM, Sunday-Thursday

Staffmark is now hiring a Production Associate for our client, a well-established company in Dayton, OH, known for quality-driven production and teamwork. If you're detail-oriented and enjoy hands-on work, this could be a great fit.

In this role, you'll support daily manufacturing operations by manually processing parts and ensuring they meet strict quality standards. You'll perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections, apply masking materials before finishing or coating, and deburr parts using hand tools and small equipment. Accuracy, consistency, and the ability to follow written work instructions are key to success in this manufacturing environment.
