The Role The Associate Counsel role for LifeRTC is a high impact role, with a diverse workload driven by business priorities. The responsibilities include contracts, regulatory analysis under the 1940 Advisers Act and 1940 Investment Company Act, among others, supporting actuarial services, technology licensing, corporate governance, and international coordination. The attorney must be comfortable shifting between subjects, taking on unfamiliar issues, and developing deep expertise in new areas. Your Responsibilities:

Location Candidates hired into this role will be required to work in-person in the Milliman office in Chicago, IL on a weekly basis, but flexible work arrangements will be considered. The expected application deadline for this job is March 31, 2026. Compensation The overall salary range for this role is $120,635 - $199,065.
