We're actively seeking a talented Systems Analyst to join our Pacific Life Technology team in one of our Home Office locations (Newport Beach, CA; Omaha, NE; Charlotte, NC). This hybrid role empowers you to collaborate effectively both in and out of the office.

As a Systems Analyst, you'll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by joining a team of 10-12 talented application development professionals. In this role, you'll act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology, translating complex business needs into scalable technology solutions across Life policy administration platforms, including Cyberlife, ALIS and Vantage. You will support our Consumer Markets Division by identifying gaps, recommending enhancements, and ensuring our systems evolve to meet both current and future business demands.

How you'll help move us forward:

Analysis & Problem Solving

• Apply in-depth knowledge and best practices to evaluate business issues and propose improvements to products, processes, or systems

• Solve complex problems by approaching solutions from new perspectives and leveraging existing resources

Operational Support

• Monitor, triage, and independently resolve routine production system issues and inquiries

• Perform scheduled administrative activities such as policylevel tasks and production reporting

• Conduct periodic system and transactional audits to ensure data and process quality

Project & Delivery Work

• Complete assigned project tasks, supporting enhancements, system configuration updates, and crossfunctional initiatives

• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications

The experience you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in software systems analysis

• Life Insurance industry experience with knowledge of policy administration processes

• Experience systems such as Cyberlife, ALIS or Vantage

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative delivery

• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical leaders

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
