Position Overview

Peraton is seeking a Program Control Specialist with a focus on logistics and travel support to join our Surveillance team in Bethesda, MD. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring seamless field operations and program execution in support of FAA surveillance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

    Program control and operational support

  • Field logistics and deployment coordination

  • Travel planning and management

  • Site access coordination

  • Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) support

  • Personnel scheduling and resource coordination

  • Field operations support and status tracking

  • Cross-team and stakeholder coordination



Qualifications

Position Requirements:
  • U.S. citizenship required

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

  • 6+ years of relevant experience supporting program control and field operations, including logistics, deployment coordination, travel management, site access, scheduling, IMS support, status tracking, and stakeholder coordination

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree with HS Diploma/equivalent.

Target Salary Range

$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
