  • Pay : $$80,000 - $100,000 with a 10% bonus plan

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing business support for VP-Finance and Field organization. This position will assist in Regional Company budgeting and forecasting, pricing analysis, customer and segment profitability, same-store sales, sales by major product group, margin analysis, operating cost analysis, capital expenditures, acquisition analysis and due diligence, inventory management, cylinder/asset management, certain compliance related activities and other ad hoc analyses.

  • Responsible for adherence to company policies including safety.

  • Utilizing various business reports and metrics, collaborates strategically with regional leadership to evaluate, interpret, and provide critical information such as same-store sales, gross margins, operating expenses, asset utilization, capital expenditures, to support operational decisions.

  • Analyzes product price increase processes and provide support and analysis for sales and marketing related to customer price realization (i.e., measurement of periodic price increases and other pricing initiatives designed to enhance profitability).

  • Assists in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.

  • Works closely with the VP-Finance and division finance support teams to better understand historical financial results, trends and validate forecast assumptions.

  • Performs complex financial modeling and undertakes advanced projects in support of the region as well as division FP&A.

  • Responsible for compliance of finance policies and procedures at the local level, evaluating and providing feedback for continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Assists in acquisition due diligence and integration.

  • Assists with field audit activities regarding internal controls, Standard Operating Procedures compliance as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.

  • At least seven years' experience in financial accounting/analysis in positions of increasing responsibility.

  • SAP or similar software system experience, and intermediate skills operating a computer in a Microsoft and/or Google based environment.

  • Exceptionally strong analytical skills and an in-depth understanding and application of financial statements and investment decision finance concepts (like Net Present Value and Internal Rate of Return).

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA and/or CPA.

  • Experience managing complex financial projects under tight timelines.
