Work Schedule
8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Monday - Friday with occasional evening and weekend hours required, as necessary.

This position may be eligible for a telework schedule once onboarding into position is complete and with supervisor approval.
Primary Purpose of Position
Position support all facets of the business operation of a Division I athletic program. Primary responsibilities will be front-line interaction with coaching and support staff; processing and auditing travel vouchers for travel-intensive staff/teams, contract origination and review, budget reporting to assistant athletic director for business operations, processing purchase orders and reconciling invoices, and document handling/filing/scanning for audit and other purposes.
Minimum Education/Experience
Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Essential Job Duties

Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education

  • Previous experience in a college or university setting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
