ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Manager of Customer Support is responsible to the Senior Director of SOCC. The

Manager of Customer Support is responsible for and has the authority to:



  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of Customer Service with all relevant departments;
  • Interact with existing and potential clients to represent Omni's service product;
  • Develop a detailed brief for each contract for contracted service compliance;
  • Coordinate flight preparations meetings and serve as liaison between the SOCC, Marketing, and relevant departments (example; Ground Operations, Crew Scheduling).
  • Prepare or oversee crew briefing sheets for Flight and Cabin Crewmembers for any special requirements during flight.
  • Prepare or oversee Ground Operations Representative briefing sheets for any/all requirements.
  • Participate in in-brief and debrief with the customer to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Improve customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes.
  • Work closely with all relevant departments within the Organization to ensure a timely and free flow of information;
  • Ensure compliance with all internal standards, policies and procedures of the Organization.



QUALIFICATIONS



  • Close attention to detail
  • Must be able to speak, write, and read fluent English
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be able to pass a 10-year Background/Criminal check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE



  • Bachelor Degree Preferred
  • Previous aviation experience Preferred



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS



  • Stand - 5%
  • Walk - 5%
  • Sit - 90%
  • Travel - 15%
  • Lift- up to 50 lbs



MENTAL CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS



  • Must be willing to work in a time-sensitive environment and effectively handle stress associated with meeting deadlines, and managing unexpected change
  • Capable of interpreting a variety of and multiple instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Ability to communicate effectively so as to be understood
  • Ability to handle numerous activities at once and complete in a timely manner
  • Work with limited supervision and possess an attention to detail
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information skillfully
  • Ability to compose letters, outlines, memoranda, and basic reports
