The I4.0 Engineer is responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and sustainment of Industry 4.0 technologies and smart manufacturing initiatives across Flowers Foods' manufacturing and distribution network. They will also ensure the sustainable integrity and stability of the I4.0 infrastructure and proactively recommend best practices within the Industry 4.0 arena. This role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, and IT to drive digital transformation, automation, data integration, and advanced analytics solutions that improve operational efficiency, reliability, safety, quality, and cost performance. Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities
* Manage, design and implement the installations of new Industry 4.0 systems within Flowers Foods according to company standards by the use of sound project management principles. Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years' experience with Control and Automation, SCADA and Historian systems. Additional Ingredients: Essential Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or Computer Engineering or equivalent relevant experience Salary Range- $125,000 - $135,000 We offer a competitive salary range of $125k -$135k and an excellent total rewards package.
