Country Club Drive, Aventura FL 33180 Responsibilities Director of Food and Beverage Operations A rare and enviable opportunity exists for a highly accomplished professional to direct all aspects of the culinary and dining operations. The selected candidate is part of the community's management team and will have significant responsibility for planning and oversight of Culinary Operations and Dining staff ensuring a high quality food product and welcoming atmosphere and presentation experience for Residents and guests. Qualifications Qualified applicants are required to possess 10 years of progressive food and beverage management experience. Previous position with similar responsiblities in a high-end restaurant, club, hotel, or senior living company is preferred. You must be able to use a Point of Sale (POS) systems. Microsoft Office computer skills is required. Prior oversight of multiple Food & Beverage venues is preferred. Current state health and sanitation certification is required. Ability to become a Certified Dietary Manager and a Certified Food and Beverage Executive is preferred. Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required or must be willing and able to become CPR and First Aid certified. Bachelor's Degree in related field is required; degree in Hospitality is preferred. Equivalent years of experience with high school diploma or GED equivalent will be considered.
