Come build your future with us! About the RoleThe Senior Content Specialist plays a key role in shaping and maintaining the brand voice across multiple channels. This position is responsible for creating compelling short- and long-form content, supporting campaigns and initiatives spanning product and digital marketing, creative production, performance analytics, and day-to-day operational needs for our property portfolio and corporate marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with a passion for real estate, project management, and grammar, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment. Work Location & Flexibility This role is based out of our Sorrento Valley office in San Diego, CA, and we prefer a hybrid schedule with onsite presence two days per week (Tuesdays + one additional day). However, we are open to considering a fully remote arrangement for exceptionally qualified candidates located outside the San Diego area. The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
