What you'll own as the Financial Analyst II -Integrated Payments Finance

The Financial Analyst II plays a key role within the Integrated Payments (IP) and Platforms Finance teams, supporting forecasting, planning, reporting, and analytical activities that drive financial and strategic decisionmaking. This role partners crossfunctionally to deliver highquality insights on performance, trends, and opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their FP&A experience, expand into Product Finance, and contribute to annual planning and longrange strategy.

Financial Planning & Forecasting

Support forecasting cycles, including updates to volume, rate, Visa D&A, residuals, and productlevel projections.

Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting accuracy and scenario planning.

Support development of the Annual Operating Plan and LongRange Plan (LRP), including revenue and margin modeling across platforms and products.

Monthly Close & Reporting

Prepare monthly variance analysis and financial commentary comparing actuals to forecast and plan.

Develop and maintain reporting packages, executive decks, and dashboards for monthly business reviews.

Analyze drivers of financial performance and provide clear insights to business partners.

Business Analytics & Insights

Track revenuedriving KPIs including transactional volumes, pricing changes, and operational metrics.

Identify and communicate risks and opportunities to forecast.

Provide adhoc analysis to support strategic decisions, operational improvements, and investment evaluations.

Product Finance Support

Partner with Product land Marketing to forecast and report on existing and new product and campaign launches.

Build productlevel models and track adoption, usage trends, and key performance metrics.

Support financial evaluation of product initiatives, pricing impacts, and new product launches.

CrossFunctional Partnership

Collaborate with Billing, Consolidations, Product, Marketing, Sales, Accounting, Opex, and Pricing teams to ensure accuracy of assumptions and reporting.

Present findings in a clear and actionable manner to both finance and nonfinance stakeholders.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.

  • Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills; advanced Excel required.

  • Experience with financial planning tools and ERP systems (Oracle, Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar).

  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively across teams.

  • High attention to detail, organization, and ownership of deliverables.

It's a bonus if you have

  • Experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, or transactionbased business models.

  • Product Finance experience or interest in productlevel modeling.

  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

  • Experience supporting AOP, LRP, or multiyear financial planning.
