Responsibilities

Job Summary
Responsible for education, training, and testing for the Patient Access team network-wide. Through training ensures quality revenue cycle results. Acts as a subject matter expert for the ADT system. Identifies training needs and prepares training material and other tools to support educational objectives and development initiatives. Conducts computer-based training and orientation of staff in an efficient and economical manner. Coordinates resources for training:, such as participants, trainers, training rooms and equipment. Collaborates with supervisors in maintaining training schedule, including new hire training and refresher training. Retrieves and analyzes QA data & Insurance coverage accuracy to identify error patterns and create intervention through feedback and training in collaboration with Admitting Services leadership. Assists Admitting Services management on special projects, goals and initiatives. Works with vendors to create system edits as needed. Performs website administrator duties for the network.
Essential Functions
Education
  • Associate's Degree - Preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED - Required
Experience
  • 2 years registration/patient accounts experience in Epic - Required
  • 3 years registration/patient accounts experience or equivalent or 2 years Patient Financial shift leadership role AND EPIC ADT, ASAP, OP Time, Radiant/Cadence experience, Documented previous training experience - Preferred
