POSITION SUMMARYBreakthrough is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will lead complex marketing initiatives that drive business growth, enhance Breakthrough's market presence, and address organizational objectives. As a key strategist on the marketing team, you will independently develop and execute data-driven strategies and collaborate across functions to deliver impactful results. This Senior Marketing Strategist will serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce and other key MarTech platforms, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and optimization to support marketing initiatives.

This position is located onsite in Green Bay, WI. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own and deliver impactful, multi-channel marketing projects that drive measurable results and elevate Breakthrough's market presence.
  • Collaborate across teams and disciplines to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies with organizational goals.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics, synthesize insights, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Develop and implement storytelling frameworks and compelling narratives that position Breakthrough as an industry leader.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives while adapting messaging for diverse audiences and platforms.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to refine processes, advocate for enhancements, and implement meaningful changes to improve team effectiveness.
  • Present strategic recommendations and initiative results to senior leadership, distilling insights into actionable narratives.
  • Oversee MarTech platform management, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to drive efficiency and campaign success.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • 4-7 years of experience in marketing or a related role, with a proven track record of leading impactful initiatives.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex and ambiguous challenges.

  • Expertise in multi-channel marketing, including digital, content, and brand strategy.

  • Exceptional communication, writing, and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.

  • Proficiency in leveraging data and insights to inform strategy and measure success.

  • A growth mindset, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

  • Experience with data analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Looker Studio)

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
