Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Intern will play a vital role in supporting our digital marketing efforts. This role provides hands-on experience across several areas within digital marketing including web, search, social, data and user experience. The intern will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team on projects such as campaign planning, keyword research and website operations.

  • Job Status: Temporary. Up to 40 hours per week. Hybrid.
  • Program Duration: May 2026 - August 2026
  • Shift:
    • Days. Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 4:30pm.
    • Monday, Thursday, Friday - remote, work from home
    • Tuesday, Wednesday - Required in-office

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Digital Discovery support
  • Digital competitive audits and readouts
  • Content audits and recommendations
  • Social data and trends analysis
  • Content creation (in partnership with Content Team)
  • Writing social media posts including internal employee advocacy content
  • Supporting photo or video shoots for use on social or web
  • Designing and/or working with designers on social media graphics
  • Writing blog posts, patient stories and other digital content types such as intranet content
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Improving visibility in search engine results to increase organic traffic and conversions
  • Keyword research
  • Identifying and incorporating relevant keywords into website content to improve search engine rankings and attract organic traffic
  • Campaign development
  • Developing and managing email marketing campaigns
  • Creating tracking URLs and QR codes
  • Event planning
  • Helping with event planning, hosting, and preparing for marketing events to be highlighted in social media
  • Website operations
  • Learning the content management system (CMS) and making web updates.
    • PDF replacement
    • Image replacement
    • Minor content changes
  • Site Health support such as fixing broken links and monitoring page speed
  • Accessibility improvements
  • CMS and report cleanup

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degrees
    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in copywriting, journalism, marketing, public relations, communications, English, or a related field

Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Hourly Range: $20.00 per hour
