JOB SUMMARY: Act as IT Administrator for the corporation. This position is responsible for implementing and managing security solutions and serving as the technical resource for IT security projects that improve the security infrastructure and operating procedures. This role plans, coordinates, architects, and supervises activities related to integrating software programs, applications, and third party solutions to meet business requirements. The position develops and maintains an application integration architecture blueprint and oversees testing of application interoperability. The role also supports end users by resolving IT trouble tickets related to software and hardware issues. Location: This position requires on-site support at either the Corporate office in Oklahoma City, OK or the Satellite office in Colorado Springs, CO.



PRIMARY DUTIES



  • Provide IT infrastructure support including installing and maintaining workstations, designing and testing backup processes, and managing company websites.
  • Provide SharePoint site support.
  • Provide Office 365 GCC administration support.
  • Maintain and update company websites.
  • Maintain working knowledge of NIST and CMMC compliance requirements and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with NIST SP 800 171 CUI and Department of Defense CMMC requirements.
  • Maintain IT documentation to support compliance with company certifications including ISO, CMMC, and NIST.
  • Provide technical leadership related to application and system integration across business, information, application, technical, and security architectures.
  • Ensure architecture standards, technology stacks, and processes meet security and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current with technology trends, best practices, and emerging tools. Evaluate technologies for enterprise use.
  • Resolve hardware and software related IT issues.
  • Provide Tier One and Tier Two help desk support.
  • Maintain and track results within the IT trouble ticket system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



REQUIREMENTS:



  • Understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Experience creating system development life cycle principles, processes, and practices.
  • 3 years of experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Experience creating SharePoint sites, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows.
  • 2 years of experience using Microsoft Azure.
  • Security Plus or other IT related certifications.



RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 5 years of experience in IT project management, technical support, cybersecurity, or a related role.
