Key Account Specialist Performs as an assistant to Key Account Managers (KAM), sales departments, and major market chain customer assistance by providing careful attention to detail and exhibiting a high degree of accuracy while performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process customer program related invoices, including creating/processing the

Purchase Order (PO) for customer payment and submitting for all related marketing support.

Responsible for Check requests in Medius for Large and Small format customers.

Responsible for creating and maintaining assigned customer price files and new-item forms.

Responsible for verifying and monitoring pricing and discounting on all products, for selected chain customers, in all sales centers. Maintaining TrackMax scan programs related to promoted products.

Responsible for the CDA entries in Trackmax and monitoring in Insight. Work directly with KAMs regarding their specific customers.

Respond to an increasing number of customer requests regarding key accounts. Coordinating this activity with KAM and being prepared to suggest solutions and ways to improve efficiency.

Updating weekly and monthly planner and updating the Ad Tracker for designated customers.

Communicate continually with coworkers, sales centers, and customers via face-to-face, Teams, email, telephone, and written correspondence. Build rapport with co-workers and customers.

Pull sales numbers from VIP/iDIG system for respective accounts for review.

Submit support through TrackMax and other related systems.

Perform clerical duties and other miscellaneous office duties as assigned.

Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
