Work Location

This position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office) for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position can be based in West Bend, WI.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsible for configuring and deploying desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, phone systems, and peripheral devices according to company standards and user requirements. Provide setup, configuration, and ongoing support for network printers and audio/video conferencing systems to ensure reliable collaboration and productivity. Install and update software applications, patches, and security updates as needed. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in collaboration with the IT security team. Monitor system performance, health, and security posture using monitoring tools and dashboards. Provide training and guidance to end-users on how to effectively utilize digital workspace technologies and self-service resources. Create user documentation, tutorials, and knowledge base articles to facilitate self-help and troubleshooting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT infrastructure, network operations, security, and application support teams, to resolve complex technical issues and implement integrated solutions. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains within the digital workspace environment. Participate in technology evaluations, pilot programs, and proof-of-concept initiatives to drive innovation and enhance user experience. Escalate unresolved issues to Digital Workspace Engineers or Senior Engineers as appropriate to ensure timely resolution of technical problems. Assist with basic scripting and automation tasks under the guidance of higher-level staff to optimize routine processes.

Preferred Experience and Skills

    0 to 2 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or digital workspace management.
  • Adaptability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively in the workplace.
  • Troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, audio/video, printing and network issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with users at all levels of the organization.
  • Basic proficiency in operating systems, productivity suites, and collaboration platforms.
  • Basic familiarity with scripting technologies such as PowerShell is a plus.

Preferred Education and Training

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.


Salary Statement

The salary range for this position is $61,549 - $76,936.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
